My reasoning for giving it three stars is that it did not include six of the USB KVM cables. I would have returned it but shipping from Amazon on this product is now 1 to 2 months out which just doesn't fit with the needed timeline. I could purchase it from another vender but the additional cost of the product and shipping would be more than if I just buy six more KVM cables. I'm an avid Amazon customer and am disappointed in the quality control on this product being that I've had such excellent results in the past. Very minor gripe. I have both USB and PS2 connections with this unit and it has worked flawlessly 100% of the time.
